How we ship

Orders are packed and dispatched from our shop in Pittston, PA. Signed items are wrapped individually. Framed 20x24 pieces are corner-protected and double-boxed, because glass and freight are not friends.

Shipping costs

To confirm with the owner: flat rate, calculated at checkout, or free over a threshold. Shipping is calculated on the Wix checkout, so this section must match what that charges.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box before unpacking it and email jandjssportsmemorabilia@gmail.com within 48 hours. Photographs of the outer packaging are what a carrier claim turns on, so that step matters more than it sounds.
