Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a standard, not a claim of perfection, and the useful part of any statement like this is what happens when we fall short. Tell us and we will fix it.

What has been done

• Every text and interface colour pairing was checked against the surface it actually sits on, including hover and selected states, and measured rather than estimated. The lowest ratio anywhere on the site is 5.5:1, against a 4.5:1 requirement.
• The whole site works with a keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, and a skip link jumps past the header.
• Product cards are a single link with one accessible name, rather than a heading link with dead space around it.
• Every image carries an alt attribute; decorative images are marked as such so screen readers skip them.
• The menu, forms and search work without JavaScript.
• Animation is removed entirely for anyone who has set reduced motion in their operating system.
• Page structure uses real headings, landmarks and lists, so a screen reader can navigate by them.

Known limitations

Checkout, member accounts, loyalty points and gift cards are handled on our Wix store, which we do not control the code of. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we will complete your order over the phone.
