Refund & Returns Policy

The short version
To confirm with the owner: the return window, whether returns are accepted on all items or only on unopened merchandise, and who pays return shipping.
Authenticity
Every autographed item we sell carries numbered hologram authentication from a recognised authenticator, and the number can be checked against the authenticator’s own database. If an item’s authentication does not verify, contact us and we will make it right. That is not a policy we intend to need, but it is the one that matters.
Condition on arrival
Damage in transit is covered under the shipping policy. Photograph the packaging before unpacking.
Items we cannot take back
To confirm with the owner: typically custom or personalised items, opened trading-card product, and clearance stock.
